La relocalisation des Trois Gorges est le plus grand projet de migration en Chine : un Chinois sur mille est un migrant des Trois Gorges. La ville antique des Trois Gorges, avec plus de deux mille ans d’histoire, a complètement disparu sous l’eau. Les migrants ne sont pas seulement des chiffres, mais des familles dont la vie a été profondément bouleversée. En tant qu’éditrice et designer, j’ai rassemblé photos, documentaires et témoignages pour créer un livre sur l’exil, la mémoire et la reconstruction, mêlant émotion et esthétique afin de préserver ces histoires humaines.
The Three Gorges relocation is China’s largest migration project, with one out of every thousand Chinese being a Three Gorges migrant. The ancient city of the Three Gorges, with over two thousand years of history, has now completely disappeared beneath the water. The migrants are not just numbers, but families whose lives were deeply changed. As an editor and designer, I collected photos, documentaries, and interviews to create a book about exile, memory, and reconstruction, blending emotion and aesthetics to preserve these human stories.
